The Electronics and Entertainment Expo this week released several juicy morsels from Activision, the maker of the video game franchise Call of Duty.
Kiefer Sutherland, the star from the Fox hit "24", will be voicing the main character in the new Call of Duty game, according to Activision's media conference Tuesday night. Activision is hoping Kiefer will add to the successful franchise by lending his familiar voice. World at War is set to take place during World War II, specifically the Pacific Theater. The graphics are intense with scenery from the Pacific and the characters are scary realistic. The addition of multi-player co-operative mode is the part of the game I am extremely excited about. Being able to play the actual game with a friend will add more fun to the game. One can play two-player split-screen, or four players online. The mode will also keep track of statistics and scores, so you can talk smack to your buddies if you happen to be just a tad bit better than them. The release date is still undetermined, but it is slated to hit the stores this November, just in time for the holidays. Below are some screen shots and video for your viewing pleasure.
