For people who've used Google Video and YouTube, Yahoo! Video is confusing. First of all, it's a search engine, plus has some videos, and some videos only play on PCs, and the links to other video services are well labeled, but not apparent.

What I mean is, it is unclear what you are doing. We've been taught, over the past few months, that you click the little logo and the video plays at that site. Clicking on one video took me to iFilm, and I had to go through the same painful video-type-selection that made me never go to iFilm in the first place. If I wanted to go to iFilm in the first place, I would've gone to iFilm.

Doubtless, the ploy by Yahoo! is to get your video searching business. For that, this will work. For people wanting to quickly view videos, it still has work to do.
